Spencer, a native of southwest Missouri, has spent the last 10 years in fundraising and development and most recently served as the Executive Director at the Discovery Center of Springfield. SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (October 12, 2017) — Next week, The Kitchen, Inc. will celebrate the completion of McClernon Villas with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The ceremony will take place on Thursday, October 19 at 10:00 a.m. McClernon Villas is located in north Springfield at 1320 E. McClernon Street. After the ribbon cutting ceremony, one of the apartments will be open to tour. SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (June 8, 2017) — This morning, The Kitchen, Inc. celebrated the ground breaking of The O’Reilly Family campus located at the corner of Glenstone and Chestnut Expressway. The O’Reilly Family campus will be home to our shelter that consists of 13 apartments and one apartment for respite care. The Sam and June Hamra Family building will consist of office space for 26 case managers and will house the operational staff, including the executive staff, human resources, accounting and development.
