Harter House Raises $83,700 for The Kitchen, Inc.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Harter House stores in Springfield, Hollister, Nixa, Kimberling City, Strafford, and Shell Knob raised $83,700 to benefit The Kitchen, Inc. during the 24th annual Jerry Bettlach/Jim Trimble Memorial event. The event continues to be one of the largest fundraisers of the year for The Kitchen and took place March 3-9, 2021. Over the past 24 years, the Harter House memorial event has raised over $1,000,000 for The Kitchen, Inc.

The Bettlach family has been perfecting meat cutting techniques since the late 1800s. In 1973, Jerry and Barbara opened the first Harter House Butcher Shop.
