The sale of the property is another step in the development of the much needed new campus located at the corner of Glenstone and Chestnut Expressway. On Wednesday, February 15, The Kitchen, Inc. CEO Rorie Orgeron signed the papers transferring ownership of the seven building campus to Historic Commercial Developments, LLC. The property sold for an undisclosed amount. (Oct. 31, 2016) — The 8th annual Springfield Sleepout is Friday, Nov. 4, through Saturday, Nov. 5, and serves as a symbol of the homeless youth experience in conjunction with National Homeless Youth Awareness Month. The property is located at the corner of Glenstone and Chestnut Expressway and has frontage on both streets. The acquisition of this land is the first step in the development of a new campus.
